FAQ's

We've Got Answers

There are quite a few factors that can affect the timeline. In general, we see most of our sites launched in a 2 to 3 week window. Keep in mind that the most significant variable is our customers’ ability to review development and provide revisions.

Probably a lot less than you think!

One of our strengths during the course of the project is limiting your time requirement. Typically, our clients devote 3 to 10 hours total during the entire course of the project.

That is up to you. We are well versed in content creation, but no one knows your business as well as you. So while we encourage our clients to generate as much of the content as possible, we are here to help as much as possible.

In addition to text copy, we have access to stock photography and provide graphic design as well. So we have you covered!

Nope.

We do everything inhouse. Our team is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients, and outsourcing would impede our ability to do that.

Our goal is to create long-term partnerships with our clients where website design is just the beginning. Outsourcing any of our services just doesn’t help us achieve that goal.

This should be probably be the first question on the list, because we get it all the time!

We have worked with hundreds of businesses from nearly every industry. So it might be easier to list off the industries we haven’t worked with: government, professional sports teams, and higher education.

While we have worked with extremely large businesses, we believe we are best suited to work with small to medium-sized businesses.

Our process has been honed over the course of thousands of projects, but follows a very straightforward flow:

1) Discovery & Solution Design
This is where we work to become experts in your business and goals. Together we develop a vision for your new website

2) Design & Prototype
In this phase, we gather your design and stylistic requirements and implement those into your initial design layout for review.

3) Development
Once you have approved the design, we build out the site. Then we share with you to get feedback and make revisions.

4) Testing & Q/A
Before launching your site, we review and test every page, feature, and functional process to ensure they work on any possible device.

5) Launch
After Q/A, we launch your site. At this point, depending on the package you have selected, we will either train you and hand the site over to you OR we will initiate our post-launch services.

New website design, landing page development, WordPress development, conversion to WordPress, website hosting, maintenance & support services

Yes: WordPress

We have worked with other platforms, but very rarely will we engage on a project that is not built on WordPress. That is our area of expertise, and is the most popular CMS in the world.

Absolutely.

Regardless of the package, you select, we incorporate a visual builder into every site we build. This allows you to edit pages and create new ones without any web development knowledge.

In support of this, we provide tutorials, training, and/or support depending on the services you have selected.

Great question!

To start, we are not SEO’s, and therefore try to stay in our lane.

That being said, a web developer is the key engineer in any onpage SEO campaign. So we will work off of your pre-existing SEO strategy OR will gather your keywords during discovery.

We follow the most up to date best practices in structuring your website, down to every detail.

Depending on the package you select, we also incorporate an SEO dashboard which allows you or a team member to control each of the critical aspects of onpage SEO such as title tags, snippets, sitemaps, URL structure, and images.

Nope. We focus on building great sites, but we do have several companies that we can recommend if you do not have your own marketing programs.

Yes, we love to connect potential new clients with our existing customers!
