Design and development of a complete website to replace the client’s previous website. The core focus of this project is to implement a website that represents the client well and ultimately assists in growing the business.

Below are three (3) development options for the Client to consider. While they vary in scope, each option includes the same framework and core setup. The Client has the option to select which option for development AND to request adjustments to any of the options to better their needs and budgetary requirements.
Furthermore, the options below are not mutually exclusive. Rather they are intended to act as building blocks. In other words, the development performed in Option 1 is necessary for Options 2 and 3. Therefore, the Client can implement Option 1 development initially, then easily build on that into Option 2 or 3 at a later stage.
Each Development Option includes a Core Framework which is designed to provide stability and ease of management. The Core Framework is comprised of the following:
WordPress is the most popular Content Management System in the world. WordPress is known for its ease of use, stability, and vast network of resources including apps & plugins as well as developers.
Leveraging WordPress and Elementor allows for a fully custom design that is not dependent on the initial developer for maintenance and changes.
Included templates are the Header, Footer, and Single Page templates. This allows the Client to create new pages quickly while maintaining design consistency. Additionally, this allows the Client to update key elements in a single place and have those changes propagate across the site where necessary
The site will be designed to respond to a visitor’s display and adjust for a Desktop screen or a Mobile device screen
The site will be built to incorporate standard SEO meta information to facilitate search engine recognition of the site
In addition the Core Framework, this option includes the following pages and functionality:
The homepage will include content determined and provided by the client
This Option combines content from multiple topics into a single page. With this approach, the Client will reduce costs compared to building multiple pages for each of the topics
This Option includes developing a query to display Transactions on a stand alone page as well as other locations on the site. The Backend of the site will be developed to allow the Client to quickly add new Transactions and have those Transactions appear in the correct locations on the Frontend
The Contact page will include standard contact information such as address, phone, email, etc. Additionally, it will include a contact form that will send submissions to the Client through email

This add-on incorporates the basic elements that are necessary to support online marketing: Blog, Site Search, Google Analytics, and SEO Dashboard
In addition the time associated with design and development, the Client may require additional support during and after the project. The amount of time required is completely driven by the Client, but the estimates below are based upon similar projects:

Based upon the project scope and Client situation, it is likely that the Client will require one or more of the following:
Setup and configure a new hosting environment for the website
Associating the DNS settings to point the point the Client’s domain to their hosting provider(s)
Stock images and graphics can be provided as requested by the Client
Graphic design services are delivered on an hourly basis.
The above costs are estimates. The Client will be billed for actual time spent.
Invoices are sent weekly for the previous week’s work.
This estimate should be viewed as a starting point. My goal is to ensure that you are confident that I understand your requirements AND that my proposed solution will meet or exceed those requirements.
